Female coaches across Oxfordshire, at all levels, are invited to join Oxfordshire FA for our series of FREE female-only CPD workshops, which form part of our overall Coach Development Programme.

Throughout the course of the season, we will look to support the growth and development of the county’s growing female coaching workforce via events that not only focus on specific areas of the game, but also provide opportunities to network with fellow coaches.

Managing Self and Behaviours

This workshop discusses and explores the effective control of emotions, communication and behaviours in order to best help develop our players.
