Inclusion Advisory Group recruitment window opens

We are recruiting new members for our Inclusion Advisory Group (IAG).

As the governing body of football in Oxfordshire, we recognise that we are at the fore front of promoting equity, diversity, and inclusion. We are committed to eliminating discrimination and encouraging equal opportunities.

We believe football is for all, therefore we must ensure there are no barriers to participation and involvement. We are responsible for setting the standards and values which should be applied throughout football.

The IAG acts as a critical friend to Oxfordshire FA to provide valuable advice and guidance around equality and inclusion in relation to our strategy and annual delivery plans and services. It also provides advice to assist in the development of a diverse and inclusive paid and volunteer workforce at all levels that reflects the community within Oxfordshire.

We are looking for individuals with a passion for and/or background in inclusion to join the group. If you are passionate about football, want to inspire change and have an impact on making grassroots football in Oxfordshire #ForAll, then we would like to hear from you.

Tess Brown, IAG Chairperson said “It is a really exciting time for the Oxfordshire FA IAG, we have a great opportunity to help shape ED&I in the county. If you want to be part of a group driving change, then this is a great chance to get involved.”
