These one hour events will support coaches to develop not only their analysis of players, but also to focus on their coaching behaviours.
December 9 – Player Analysis
In this session we will help you look at the development of individual players through the analysis of their player profile and linking it to focussed training sessions and match day support through challenge and objective setting.

December 15 – Exploring Coaching Behaviour
In this interactive workshop Tom Hartley, Coach Programme & Pathway Manager at UK Coaching, will explore the theme of coaching behaviours, helping you develop your self-awareness as a coach. Together we will discuss player-centred coaching, and learn more about coaching interventions. We will focus on different moments where a coach has an impact on the players in their care, such as the pre-brief, de-brief, practice and match day.
