Throughout July and August, coaches across Oxfordshire will be able to access several workshops, which have been designed by Oxfordshire FA to support coaches ahead of the new season and to deliver key messages to ensure that everyone can enjoy the game.
The Pre-Season Series will offer something for coaches at all age groups to ensure that players receive the best possible experience in the new season, which will help to keep them involved in football.
The workshops have been designed off the back of consultation with Oxfordshire’s leagues and a survey with coaches, with more highly-rated topics to appear in sessions throughout the seasons.
Please see below for details of the workshops on offer. Click on the title/dates of each workshop to book a place.
18 July | 10am-12pm | Oxford City FC
NOTE: This is the same workshop on two separate days
This workshop will look at how coaches can support their players to move through formats, whether 5v5, 7v7, 9v9, or moving to 11v11.
Whether you need some support due to losing time on the pitch due to COVID, or just want to get some more knowledge on how to make the process seamless for your players, there'll be something for everyone.
