This award will celebrate a person who has been a key part of the football community over an extended period. 

This person may have been involved for a few years, or decades, and been a integral cog in their area, be it a club committee, league committee, or volunteer. 

James Shiplee, Football Development Officer, said: “We’ve seen so many great nominations for The FA’s Grassroots Football Awards and we want to go further to recognise the heroes of Grassroots Football in Oxfordshire. This award will allow us to recognise those who have not just made a contribution over the past year, but over several years as well.”
