As part of our commitment to doubling Women and Girls’ Football in Oxfordshire, we’re looking to encourage teams and individuals to attend the festival who haven’t played before, or those who currently just have a kickabout and want to play a few games against some other teams.
The festival will see a mix of abilities and ages come together to try football in a fun, friendly and social environment on the new 3G pitch at the Oxford Academy School.
Who’s Encouraged to Join In?
- Teams or individuals – if you don’t have a team, we can help you find one, just get in touch!
- Women who don’t play regularly for a team but have always fancied giving it a go
- Mum’s and family members who watch their children play and watch to try it out for themselves
- Women who used to play and want to get back into it
