Oxfordshire FA are delighted to be kicking off 2018 with a Female Coaches Forum. 

The forum will be the perfect opportunity for female coaches to learn more about coaching, in a friendly, relaxed environment to network and take part in discussions with other female coaches across the county. 

The session will be delivered by Oxfordshire FA Coach Mentor Katie Wales, who will also be delivering practical during the event around differentiation, and supporting players to progress in your clubs, whatever their level. 

Coaches will also be given the opportunity to discuss any issues that they may be having with their teams, and gain any solutions from the experiences of other coaches. 

We’re also encouraging coaches to invite any female family, friends or colleagues, who may also be interested in coaching, so that we can continue to increase the number of female coaches in Oxfordshire.
