Understanding our community

To ensure football is accessible to everyone across Oxfordshire, we need to understand the people who make up our community.

As part of our Inclusion strategy, we are taking extra steps to ensure everybody in our community is represented.

We are proud to have recently been awarded the Foundation Level of the Equality Standard for Sport, which helps to address the inequalities that exist within the sports.

It is important we comply with the Standard to ensure we offer football to everyone no matter their no matter age, sex, gender reassignment, sexual orientation, marital status or civil partnership, race, religion or belief, ability or disability including mental health, pregnancy or maternity to encourage equality and inclusion at all levels.

To help us achieve this, and to ensure everyone across Oxfordshire has equal access to football, we are inviting you to provide information on your background so we can look for areas where we can improve our support for the community.

No matter your role in grassroots football, from playing, coaching and refereeing, to organising leagues and clubs and volunteering, we want to ensure we are supporting everyone.
