Female Coaches Forum announced

Sign up today

Female Coaches, or females with an interest in taking up coaching, are invited to attend Oxfordshire FA’s Female Coach Forum taking place on Thursday 26th April at Summertown Stars AFC.

The forum is the perfect opportunity to learn more about coaching, in a friendly, relaxed environment, and to network and take part in discussions with other female coaches across the county.

The session will be led by Oxfordshire FA Coach Mentor Katie Wales, who is also heading up the Female Coach Development Programme, and she will be supported by Mark Haining, County Coach Developer for Oxfordshire FA.

The forum will see Katie and Mark deliver a session with a team from Summertown Stars to display some new ideas for coaches to take away, and there will also be time for general discussion as a group about any coaching points or queries that the attendees may have.

We’re also encouraging coaches to get thier players to bring any friends, family, colleagues, or relatives with them who may also be interested in coaching so that we can continue to increase the number of female coaches in Oxfordshire.
