New Extra Time Service for struggling adult 11v11 teams

Oxfordshire FA is dedicated to supporting the sustainability and growth of adult 11v11 football across the county.

We have introduced the ‘Extra Time’ service to allow leagues, clubs and volunteer’s across the county to let us when teams are at risk of folding so they have the opportunity to seek help and advice.

Are you aware of any teams that are having difficulties with finances, lack of volunteers and/or players?

We want to help!

Oxfordshire FA can offer tailored support to meet your needs on funding, club development, marketing opportunities and training for coaches/volunteers throughout the season.

Football Development Manager, Michael Thurlow said “We want to keep as many people involved  and enjoying the game as possible, often Oxfordshire FA are made aware of a team folding when it is too late. This service provides us with the perfect opportunity to support our teams through the challenging times, and hopefully keep them playing for many years to come”

We are also encouraging leagues to place our ‘Extra Time’ service on their websites to promote to member clubs.

So, if your team or you know of a team which could do with some help, then please click here to complete a short questionnaire!
