During the month of March we will be hitting the road and travelling across the county to a football club near you.
These events will give you the opportunity to come and meet some of the Office team and OFA Council members, ask questions and hear first-hand about some exciting proposals to change how the OFA is run to provide wider representation.
We hope the proposed changes will provide a basis for football to be more sustainable in Oxfordshire and to increase involvement and participation for anyone in our community. Everyone has the right to be involved in football from playing, refereeing, coaching and administration to just spectating.
We'll also be providing information about the use of technology in the game, such as Player Registrations and Discipline through the Whole Game System, Full-Time, and how it can be used to try to make volunteers life easier with less time spent on paperwork. There will also be information on the types of funding available for your teams and clubs.
As well as this, we'll be listening to your questions and experiences to see how we can help or change things to make your contributions more enjoyable. We are not able to change everything but we are willing to listen and do what we can. Where we are prevented from change, then we will tell you rather than hide!
The events start at 7.30pm and will be held at the following venues;
Banbury Utd FC Wednesday 1st March 2017
Chinnor FC Thursday 9th March 2017
Henley Town FC Wednesday 15th March 2017
Oxfordshire FA Tuesday 21st March 2017
Oxford City FC Wednesday 29th March 2017
