Player Behaviour Survey Launches

As part of our focus on addressing poor behaviour this season, this week has seen the launch of a new survey focusing on player’s experiences in our a

Consultation for our current strategy and a review of the transition of players from youth to adult football has revealed that you feel there is still a strong negative perception of behaviour in the adult game which needs to be addressed if we are to keep the format attractive and sustainable.

Working in partnership with our affiliated leagues the survey is being targeted at existing players and seeks to gain a detailed insight into the effect of poor behaviour on their enjoyment of the game whilst highlighting any issues that need to be addressed.

Completed on a league specific basis the survey will also allow us acknowledge areas of good practice and share with others who want to improve.

The deadline for responses is currently the 7th December 2016.

A similar measure will be carried out at the end of the season to gauge whether any improvements have occurred and to provide further support.
