Aimed at coaches of all levels, the workshop will challenge you to look at the behaviors and reasoning behind the way you coach and how it impacts upon your players. It will delve into how your club impacts on your coaching style based on the history, traditions and values of the club.

During the night there will be discussions about values and beliefs, where these are developed, and how they will influence the way you treat your players, lead a session, manage a match day and more, before giving you’re the information to further develop your coaching philosophy with information around the England DNA.

Throughout the session coaches will be encouraged to interact, giving their opinions and views, while observing and reflecting on others’ and challenging those with questions.

FA Licensed Coaches will gain 2 hours of CPD if they are Level 2 or 3, but all coaches are encouraged to attend with any supporting coaches/members of their team.
