Girls...Get into Football

This year has seen a number of clubs express interest in starting up a girl's section within their existing structure. With the support of the school sports coordinators, primary schools and development officers, taster sessions have run within the school environment, engaging girl's who may not have played or have been coached before. The coaching sessions have been open for girls in school years 3-6, with the emphasis on fun and learning new footy skills.

Those clubs involved in this programme welcome girls from 7-11 years of any ability to come down and try a session for free.
