The course is specifically aimed for those coaches who work with younger players and focuses as much upon the development of the child as it does upon football.
Owain Prosser, Football Development Officer for Oxfordshire FA, stated "The Award aims to provide coaches with a coaching process that meets the needs of all young developing players. With this in mind, much of the course focuses upon the how and why of coaching rather than just the what".

Course Cost
- Free to CS Club Coaches!! (£40.00 refunable deposit will be required when booking your place. Non attendance on the whole of the course may result in a non- refund.)
Course Prerequisites
- Minimum 1st4sport Level 1 Certificate in Coaching Football
