Existing member clubs are sent affiliation packs in early May each year and encouraged to return them at the earliest opportunity but by no later than 1 July.
From that date, existing clubs will incur late fines and importantly miss out on entry into the season's County Cup Competitions but still have to pay the appropriate fee(s).
New clubs should contact the County Office for further guidance if required
