Female Coach Mentoring Scheme
Would you like to develop as a coach?
Have you got a qualification and not sure where to go next?
Do you need support to progress?
If you have answered 'yes' to any of the above statements, the female coach mentoring scheme is for you.
What is coach mentoring?
Coach mentoring can be described as a process by which a coach can develop through the support of experienced coaches and workshops. The Mentoring Scheme aims to support active coaches as well as increase the number of female coaches in Oxfordshire through developing all areas of coaching; increase knowledge and confidence, improve coaching styles and techniques and give ongoing advice and support to help individuals reach their desired potential.
Coaches can expect to continue to learn new things no matter what is already known through a formalised structured programme. As well as maybe doing things differently in the future, mentors will also learn from these experiences too.
The Scheme
The scheme will provide opportunities to attend specific workshops delivered by experienced coaches as well as observing high quality coaching sessions. Mentors will be on hand to give feedback and assist with personal development plans.
