Women and Girls Football

Women and girls football is the fastest growing sport in England, with around 133,000 players competing in affiliated league and cup competitions last year. The FA funds 43 full-time officers to specifically develop opportunities for girls and women and assist with providing a player pathway to steer talented girls to success.

Oxfordshire FA work to provide opportunities for women & girls in the County to become involved in the game whether it be playing, coaching or refereeing.
