This training is designed to enhance your skills and is delivered in the form of outside practical tuition or indoor training with the use of practical demonstrations and video footage and now matter how old or experienced you are we can all learn, often from each other, and of course will all need to keep abreast of changes policies and, most importantly, the Laws of the Game, which is why attendance at these events is crucial for your personal development.
Also please remember that a lot of time and effort goes into making these events happen for you so please make every effort to attend.

Respect Training
Date 22/03/10
Timings: 19.30 – 21.45
Venue: Easington Sports FC Banbury
Résumé: Training for all referees on the Respect programme, this session is interactve and will give all referees a clear insight into who the Respect programme should be applied on the field of play.
Observer / Mentor Training
Date 24/03/10
Timings: 19.30 – 21.45
Venue: Headington Amateurs FC Oxford
Résumé: A new initiative that allows referees without a game to support their new colleagues on a casual basis. Also the difference between an observer and a mentor will be discussed. This session is for all referees as we all have the odd occasion when we do not have a game
