1st4Sport FA Level 1 Award in Coaching Football

The 1st4Sport FA Level 1 Award in Coaching Football has been designed by The FA as an introduction for all coaches, and is the perfect first step to becoming a recognised football coach.

This very popular qualification provides candidates with an opportunity to study and be assessed in both practical and theoretical aspects of coaching football. 

This 30 hour course is designed for candidates wishing to gain a basic appreciation of organising football, covering a number of topics including;

• Warm up and cool down practices
• Passing, dribbling and turning
• Heading and shooting
• Attacking as an individual
• Laws of the game
• Long Term Player Development

Also included in the course cost is an FA Safeguarding Children workshop and FA Emergency Aid workshop.
