The Level 1 Coaching Course has been designed by The FA as an introduction for all coaches, and is the perfect first step to becoming a recognised football coach.
This very popular qualification provides candidates with an opportunity to study and be assessed in both practical and theoretical aspects of coaching football. The FA Level 1 will run for 30 hours in total. This course is designed for candidates wishing to gain a basic appreciation of organising football, covering a number of topics including; warm up and cool down games, technical skills including passing, turning and shooting as well as game specific practices including attacking and defending. Also included in the course cost is an FA Safeguarding Children workshop and FA Emergency Aid workshop.
