As part of the above project, each County FA will be creating a local Strategy to provide for the development of football and facilities until July 2012. The submission of the overall Strategy will need to be in place by 1 May 2008 to allow all parties to ascertain what investment is required for the four years
The local Strategies will be put together following consultation with as many stakeholders as possible. This will include leagues, clubs, referees, coaches, schools and colleges, Local Authorities and the Local Education Authority.
